Admissions Process

Thank you for considering the Ash Tree Learning Center Academy. The ATLCA is an accredited education facility that admits students of any race, color, sex, and national origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities, generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate in administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, athletic or other school-administered programs. We do reserve the right to select students on the basis of academic performance, religious commitment, philosophical capability, and willingness to cooperate with the ATLAC administration, as well as the student’s ability to abide by our policies.

The forms and documentation needed for the student application process can be accessed below. Student Applications are considered complete, only when each item on your checklist has been completed.

Although parents of students who are currently attending the ATLCA do receive first consideration for the new school term, you are still required to complete an application packet. Completing the application packet informs the school of your child's intention to return and gives us up to date information on your child.

When Applying for Multiple Applicants: The Application Form link is the same for each grade level.

 

Preschool Application Checklist

You may wish to print this checklist for your reference as you go through the application process. Please note that your child must be age 4 by September 1st of the year for which you are applying.

  • Registration Fee: $100 per new student (Please make money orders payable to Ash Tree)
  • Most recent copy of student’s Academic Records
    This includes: 2 Years of Progress Reports/Report Cards, 2 Years of Standardized Test Scores, & if applicable, I.E.P. Records
  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • A Physician-signed Health Record. This includes: Physical Examination, Immunization Records, & Tuberculin Test
  • Parent-signed & Completed Application Form

Elementary Application Checklist: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Middle School Application Checklist: 6th – 8th Grade

High School Application Checklist: 9th – 12th Grade

  • Registration Fee: $100 per new student (Please make money orders payable to Ash Tree)
  • Most recent copy of student’s Academic Records
    This includes: Sealed Transcript from previous school(s), if homeschooled, then 3 Years of Report Cards, 3 Years of Standardized Test Scores, & if applicable, I.E.P. Records
  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Singed Transcript Release Form
  • A Physician-signed Health Record
    This includes: Student Application Health Form, signed by student’s physician
  • Parent-signed & Completed Application Form

Admission Status Decisions

  • Accepted/Approved: Students approved for admission will be notified by the end of July. The school must receive the non-refundable registration deposit of $100 by the end of the first week of August. This enrollment deposit will be used to hold your student’s place. If the deposit is not paid, the student will be taken off the
    Accepted/Approved list and be moved to the Waiting Pool, behind other waitlisted students. Ongoing tuition payments are due at the beginning of September and occur monthly through June.

    Late applicants, who are accepted after the first week of August, must pay the
    $100 enrollment deposit by mid-August.
  • Denial Students not approved for admission will be notified by letter.
  • Waiting Pool Students approve for admission, contingent upon available classroom space,
    will be notified. The student will be placed in a waiting pool and be considered
    for admission, when space is available.

Important Note: In an effort to go paperless and have ready access to student documents, we will no longer be accepting handwritten applications. 

This online application is the quickest way to have your application processed.  Please do not submit more than one application, per student.  Once you have completed the online application, your information will be uploaded in our applicant database for review.
